Nour Bahgat, BSc., INHC, CHC is an Environmentalist and an Integrative Health Coach with a deep passion for cooking. She is a top graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a member of the International Association for Health Coaches (IAHC). Nour works with individuals to find balance, perform at their best and find strong sense of fulfillment and purpose while feeling fit, happy and healthy.

One of the factors that shaped Nour's life towards healthy living is being a former professional athlete; ranked 2nd in the world junior squash ranking, and competing against top ranked players in the world professional tour. Squash has surely affected Nour's life with personal development throughout her squash career along with intrinsic motivation and stretched limits. After going through a severe injury and a series of health issues ending with natural healing, Nour knew she wanted to do a change in the healthcare system and make it more personalized to know the root cause of health problems.

She developed an interest in healthy cooking during her undergraduate college when she could not accept processed food on campus. One of Nour's dreams is to continuously inspire lives and support the healthy lifestyle shift of many. She's also dreaming and working on becoming Canada's next MasterChef, have her inspiring cookbooks and environmental-friendly restaurants to reach out to the world with her natural cooking! One of Nour's most inspiring moments when she made it to top 30 cooks in British Columbia and became one of the top

cooks from all over Canada.

Nour walks the talk for her belief in natural healing besides cooking with love, using real ingredients, and caring for our environmentShe currently lives in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada, with her husband.
